Amelia co-founded Master ABA with her twin sister, Dianna Kelly, bringing over 13 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Known for her innovative, client-centered approach, Amelia is passionate about driving positive change in the field by prioritizing empathy and integrity.
As a leader in ABA education, Amelia develops practical strategies that empower practitioners to align their work with their core values while providing compassionate care. Her work inspires BCBAs® to think creatively and apply ethical practices that drive meaningful results.
Amelia also co-leads the Beyond Boundaries: Freedom Frameworks program, which supports BCBAs® in building ethical, sustainable careers outside of insurance-funded services.
Ashlyn is a dedicated BCBA® who brings experience as both a practitioner and educator. With a background as an RBT, special education teacher, and direct support professional, she has worked with individuals across vocational, residential, and school settings.
Ashlyn’s focus is on supporting young autistic learners through person-centered, school-based interventions. She also contributes to Master ABA’s Dojo membership, where she develops engaging content to help practitioners grow.
Ashlyn plays a key role in managing the Dojo membership, leading community events, and facilitating engaging discussions. While Amelia Dalphonse remains involved, Ashlyn will be your go-to resource for events, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing communication inside the membership.
Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 19 years of experience in mental health and behavior analysis. Based in Greenland, NH, she specializes in creating collaborative relationships and supporting individuals to build resilience and overcome life’s challenges.
Nicole’s expertise in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and person-centered approaches makes her an integral part of the retreat team. Her commitment to fostering connection and helping others thrive ensures that every session she leads is meaningful and impactful.
MaKayla has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018 and has worked in the field of behavior analysis since 2016. Her experience spans working with children and adults across home, center, school, and community-based settings, as well as mentoring aspiring BCBAs®.
MaKayla is a strong advocate for naturalistic teaching, person-centered care, and empowering families in treatment planning. Her engaging teaching style and collaborative mindset inspire others to embrace creativity and compassion in their work.
Christi has over a decade of experience in the field of ABA, working across residential, home, school, and community-based settings. She has supported individuals with diverse needs and is deeply passionate about leadership and mentoring BCBAs® to grow in their practice.
Christi’s extensive knowledge in compassionate care and ethical leadership makes her an invaluable resource for practitioners looking to deepen their skills. She is committed to shaping the next generation of BCBAs® by sharing real-world strategies and actionable tools.
Robyn Powley has over 30 years of experience serving as a Special Educator, Special Education Administrator, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®). Throughout her career, she has worked tirelessly in PreK-12 schools, developing innovative programs and interventions that have had a profound impact on students with multiple disabilities, including emotional handicaps, autism, intellectual disabilities, and learning disabilities.
With a Master’s Degree in Special Education, specializing in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, and an advanced graduate national board certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Robyn has recently pivoted to a new endeavor—creating workshops for Master ABA and offering parent coaching through her website,
www.robynpowleyconsulting.com. Sharing her expertise and providing workshops to fellow professionals is a true passion of hers.
