Sound familiar?

The work you love is wearing you down.

You got into this field because you genuinely care. But somewhere between the documentation, the caseload, the admin work, and the isolation — that care is getting buried under exhaustion.

📋

Buried in documentation

Treatment plans, session notes, progress reports — the paperwork never ends, and it pulls you away from the work that actually matters.

🏝

Isolated and second-guessing yourself

There's no one in the next office to bounce ideas off. You make big clinical decisions alone, wondering if you're getting it right.

🔥

Running on empty

You've heard "self-care" a hundred times. But when your caseload owns your calendar, there's nothing left to pour from.

📚

Checking boxes, not growing

CEUs that have nothing to do with the actual challenges you're facing. Hours logged. Nothing changes on Monday morning.

🌀

Reactive, not intentional

Your week happens to you. You're always catching up, never getting ahead — and it's hard to remember what a proactive day even feels like.

🤷

No clear path forward

You know something needs to change. But between the daily demands, figuring out where to even start feels like one more task on an endless list.

What the Dojo actually is

Not another content library.
A place to practice and grow.

The Master ABA Dojo was built for BCBA®s who are serious about doing this work well — and sustainably. It's ethics-forward training plus community plus practical tools, structured so that each piece reinforces the others.

  • 30+ CEUs built for the real world Ethical, action-oriented trainings created by Amelia for the challenges BCBA®s actually face — not generic recertification content. More are added as they're created.
  • A community that understands your world Live office hours, a private forum, peer mentorship, and events with BCBA®s who face the same pressures — and are figuring it out together.
  • Resources designed around sustainability Templates, burnout prevention tools, self-care frameworks, and daily support — because staying in this field long-term requires more than willpower.
  • Your personalized starting point Every new member gets the Dojo Path Builder — a 7-day guide to reflect on where you are, choose your focus, and build a routine without overwhelm.
  • Value on your schedule Optional daily emails with ABA tips, self-care ideas, and article analyses — so you gain from the membership even on weeks you can't log in.

Introducing Master Your Week
your week, finally working for you.

Every Dojo member now gets access to Master Your Week — a planning and capacity tool built specifically for BCBA®s. It helps you see your true capacity, manage your caseload intentionally, and stop letting your week happen to you.

Map your priorities. Protect your time. Actually leave work at work.

Capacity tracking See exactly how full your week is — before it's too late to do anything about it.
Weekly planning Set priorities for the week and build a schedule that reflects what actually matters.
Monday briefing Start each week with a clear view of what's ahead — no more Sunday dread.
Caseload visibility Recurring tasks, session loads, and admin time all in one place — finally.

We're building this with you — and we mean that.

Master Your Week is in early release right now — which means it's active, it works, and it's already helping BCBA®s plan better weeks. But it's also still growing. We're adding features, refining the experience, and making changes based on what real BCBA®s tell us they need.

As a Dojo member, you're not just getting early access — you're getting a seat at the table. We want to know what's missing, what's confusing, and what would make this tool genuinely essential for your practice. Your feedback will directly shape what gets built next. This is a real partnership, and we take it seriously.

Still have questions?

Everything you need to decide.

Yes — and specifically because the Dojo is designed around that reality. Most professional resources assume you have energy to spare. The Dojo starts from where you actually are: tired, overstretched, and needing something that works with your life, not on top of it. The daily emails, the community, the self-care resources — they're all structured to deliver value without demanding more from you.
Most CEU platforms hand you content and wish you luck. The Dojo combines 30+ ethical, action-oriented trainings with a live community, mentorship, practical tools, and Master Your Week — a planning tool built specifically for BCBA®s. The goal isn't just recertification; it's actually changing how your career feels day to day.
That's exactly why we built the daily email option. You don't have to log in every week to get value from the membership. ABA tips, self-care ideas, article analyses — they come to you. When you do have time to go deeper, everything is waiting. You can also opt out of the emails anytime if they add to the noise.
Master Your Week is a planning and capacity tool built specifically for BCBA®s — to help you map your caseload, set weekly priorities, and actually run your week instead of just reacting to it. It's included with your membership at no extra cost. There's no pressure to use it, but if you've ever felt like your calendar owns you, it was built for that exact feeling. It's currently in early release, and we're actively developing it in partnership with Dojo members — so your input now will shape what it becomes.
It means the tool is live and functional — BCBAs are already using it to plan better weeks. But it's also still growing. We're adding features and making improvements based on what members tell us they need. As a Dojo member you get access now, and your feedback will directly influence what gets built. This isn't a beta buried in a settings menu — it's a real collaboration, and we take your input seriously.
Absolutely. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Monthly members can cancel before their next billing date. Annual members can cancel anytime, and both plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.

You don't have to
do this alone.

Your colleagues are here. The tools are here. The path forward is here. All that's left is saying yes to yourself.
